Colin Williams
Managing Director
I have lived here for more than 30 years and worked in estate agency since I was 19 years old, so I really am living my best life! It makes me so happy to see everyone working smoothly and confidently in their assigned roles, like a well-oiled machine. Best advice: work with experts. If you think professionals are expensive, wait until you see how much working with amateurs costs you!
Julie Mantakis
Director
I’ve lived in Horndean all my life. I used to be a management accountant for a manufacturing company then went to work for a lettings agency and discovered my passion for property. Now I am using all my skills in an industry I love, so I am doubly blessed. Best feedback I have heard about the Williams of Petersfield team – so far! – is how amazing we all are at communicating.
Norbert Baricz
Senior Sales Consultant
I have lived in the area for the last 11 years and Petersfield holds a special place in my heart as I’m fascinated with the history and architecture! I have worked in both corporate and independent estate agencies so I have a well rounded approach to helping people together with strong negotiation skills. Best advise to buyers – get your finances sorted out early so you are best placed to make an offer when you find the ideal property! If I were a biscuit? has to be the jammy dodger – a bit cheeky but still a firm favourite!
Georgina Harvey
Sales Consultant
Working here has it taught me so many things I’ll need for my future but also has introduced me to so many lovely people. I am using the skills I learn to create great bonds with clients and colleagues, whilst doing my best to help out where’s needed. The best advice I’d give someone looking to buy a house? – you can’t judge until you have seen it. Lastly, if I was a biscuit I’d most definitely be a Viennese Swirl, simple but sweet!
Charlotte Parrott
Compliance & Operations Manager
I have spent the last 10 years in the lettings industry, becoming ARLA qualified in 2023 which I’m really proud of! For me, it’s the pace of lettings which is so great, I’m always busy with new challenges, so no two days are the same! I like seeing tenants moving their lives on and often help them more than once as their families grow and for me, that’s why I love working for a renowned local independent agent! Biscuit wise – definitely a chocolate digestive, an underrated classic!
Tracy Exton
Property Manager
I have lived locally all my life and absolutely love it here! Having run a successful cleaning business for many years, it was a natural progression for me to move into property management. I love working for an independent business as we all really care about our clients and genuinely do our best to ensure their properties are well looked after!
Caroline Stoker
Lettings Coordinator
I love what I do and I never tire of seeing happy tenants collecting the keys for their new homes! It can be a rather emotional and sometimes a life changing moment for those involved. Best advice I can give anyone is to focus on the quality of service when choosing your agent, when a job is done well it makes life so much easier!
Jonathan Peachey
Mortgage Advisor
I’ve lived in this area for 48 years and worked in financial services my entire career. I enjoy working closely with everyone here to help our clients get the properties they want and make a point of always doing what I say I’m going to do, which is so important in a tight-knit team. If I were a biscuit I would be a Hobnob because they represent great value.
Richard Graham
Finance Director
I’ve lived in Haslemere since 1985 and my career path has seen me move from financial services to accounting. I now manage all aspects of the company’s accounts while supporting the front office team. Best feedback: we are problem solvers. A landlord came to us in desperation due to problems with a tenant. We spoke to the tenant and resolved matters without going through the courts and to everyone’s satisfaction.

We’ll help your home stand out from the start
We start moving from the moment we receive your instruction. The team will be out to look at your property, so that everyone can answer any question a potential buyer throws at us. We’ll suggest any little improvements you could make to increase the appeal to viewers. Then we’ll organise professional photography of your rooms and garden areas at no extra cost, draw up floor plans, arrange for an Energy Performance Certificate (if needed) and create compelling marketing material that will present your home in the very best light.

Supporting our community
We love being part of the Petersfield community and doing our bit to support local activities and events wherever we can.
We have been the proud sponsors of the Petersfield Rugby Club youth section’s shirts and handbook since 2017. For Easter, we organise our own version of an Easter egg hunt, hiding painted stones (with our logo) around the town and inviting anyone who finds one to pop in and collect their prize.
We also sponsor the annual Big Sale organised by the Petersfield branch of Save the Children and, in September, we take part in the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. In 2020 our office also became an official collection point for the FareShare Food Bank as part of the community response to Covid-19.
