Our Tenant Find service is popular with landlords who are confident in managing their own properties and are aware of their obligations. This service is comprehensive up until the tenant moves in at which point the landlord will take over the management.

Full Management Service – 14.4%

To include mid-term inspections, dealing with day-to-day maintenance/tenancy issues, collecting the rent and accounting it to the Landlord, etc.

Rent Collection Service – 9.6%

To include collecting the rent and accounting it to the Landlord.

Set Up Fee – £360.00

(payable with the full management and rent collection service)

To include advertising, confirming the tenant’s suitability, preparing the tenancy agreement and compiling an inventory/statement of condition.

Tenant Find Only Service – 72% of one month’s rent

To include advertising, confirming the tenant’s suitability and preparing the tenancy agreement.
